Dear Jarred, I wanted to thank you for referring Mike Bonanno, Morgan-Bonanno Development, Inc., to the Highland Drive Paving Project and tell you what a superb job Mike did for us... This entitled pulverizing the road to a 12'' depth, treating with lime cement, grading, compacting and finally paving. As you know, there are 32 residents with access to Highland Drive, along with EBMUD and the guests of the San Damiano Retreat. The pave project encompassed over 3500'. Performing the work while coordinating traffic flow was no easy task. The road was closed for five days from 8am to 5pm during the time of construction, but Mike and crew worked almost non-stop to ensure the road would be accessible at the promised time. The first day of construction 80 guests were departing the retreat. Mike coordinated with the retreat, and in caravan, led the guests downhill over the pulverized road to ensure their safe departure. I have received numerous calls and E-mails from Highland Drive residents complimenting Mike on a terrific job well done. I believe we are in 100% agreement that we have the best possible road and Contractor performing the work. Thank you again for referring Mike. We are extremely happy with the results. This was a major project with many difficulties, but Mike handled it with expertise and professionalism.
